Josie Long T-Shirt Design

I was asked, along with some other UK artists to design a T-shirt for Josie Long's upcoming tour.  I think four or five designs will be on sale at her gigs, including mine.  They'll be one-colour screenprints, I think dark blue ink on gray material.

  1. how do you print a shirt using a silkscreen? is it better to use silk screen or just use one of those transfer paper?
